Raw Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 cup of soaked raw oats
8 soaked almonds
1 organic banana
1 tsp raw honey
Organic apple (any cultivar/type cut into chunks)
Organic raisins
Begin by blending oatmeal, banana, and almonds until smooth. Add the honey, apples, and raisins after removing mixture from the blender.
Then Enjoy!!!
Notes: I soaked my oats and almonds over night. Apple and raisin quantity are based on preference.
